If your printer is working and not printing a thing or printing blank pages, you need to diagnose it as soon as possible.
If the issue is not resolved at the earliest, paper jam on HP printer can also occur due to this reason. Here is how you can resolve the issue at hand with precision.
First, you must use genuine HP cartridges on your printer because HP guarantees the working of HP branded cartridges but not other ones. If you start using genuine cartridges, you might face this kind of issue.
Checking ink levels – Often blank pages mean there is no ink in the cartridges, you must check the levels and replace the low ink cartridges.
To check the ink levels, you need to Load a white paper in the tray and touch the button located next to the setup icon in the lower-left corner of the control panel.
Now, select Tools using the arrow button and tap on Ok.
Now, you need to select Estimated Ink levels using arrow buttons and tap Ok.
You will see the ink levels, check it if any of the cartridges are empty. If so, replace the toner cartridge with genuine HP cartridges.
